1. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship only to addresses within the United States of America (including all 50 states and the District of Columbia).


2. Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday) from the date of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.


3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer the following domestic shipping options:

*Delivery may take longer to remote addresses or during high-volume periods (e.g., holidays).


4. Shipping Costs & Order Tracking

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the selected method.

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number and estimated delivery date.

  • Free standard shipping is available for orders over $75.


5. Delivery Policies

  • Address Accuracy: Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

  • Delivery Attempts: Carriers may require a signature. If unattended, they might leave a notice or return the package to a local facility.

  • Lost or Stolen Packages: If tracking shows delivery but you haven’t received the package, please contact the carrier directly. We can help with a claim if needed.


6. International Shipping

At this time, we are not shipping outside the USA. We may add international shipping in the future; any updates will be posted here.


7. Order Modifications & Cancellations

Orders can be modified or canceled within 12 hours of placement, provided shipment has not yet been initiated. Please submit requests through our website’s Order Support form.
